Because I am fully committed in creating timeless, durable and elegant pieces that you are happy to wear, I am offering a free alteration and maintenance service on all fully tailored garments purchased at full price. The service consist of altering (if required) the outfit you purchased and offering the first two dry cleaning appointments - all included within the original price.

Over time, our bodies change and if the alteration service is not required straight away, it can be used within 3 years of purchase. For the bespoke orders, it is extended to 5 years.

Through the address that the garment was shipped too, I will have in place the nearest alteration tailor and dry cleaner, unless you already have an existing relationship with a preferred source. Simply let me know their details and I will take care of the service.

RETURNS POLICY

Lino Piani offers complimentary return shipping on all orders. We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 15 days from the date you received your order. Returns can be refunded as Site Credit or to the original method of payment, where applicable. Pre-orders placed across multiple cards will be refunded to the same cards used, regardless of the cards being removed from the site, cards expiring, or updating card information.

Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including Lino Piani hanging tag attached to the garments. If your order did not include the proper packaging please email care@linopiani.com. Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Lino Piani.

Any product returned outside of the 15-day return policy are at the discretion of Lino Piani, and may not be accepted or only accepted for Site Credit.
